Light Play - Angel's Descent

From the imagination of digital artist Nikki Smith, this image is all about the play of light and wonder during an angel's flight to earth.

This piece is a photo manipulation, a form of digital artwork where elements of different images are collaged into a new piece and painstakingly enhanced using digital tools, time and an artist's skills to tell a story. The end result is greater than the sum of it's parts and, I hope, a thing of beauty which resonates with you, too.
